Free Food Market

Various food and household items are free for all members every Monday. Items are picked up from the Mustard Seed Warehouse in Esquimalt by staff and often a member will join. Food at the weekly market varies based on what’s available at the Mustard Seed. Bags can be borrowed from the Clubhouse, and try to bring your own. Come on down!
