Free Food Market

Various food and household items are free for all members every Monday. Items are picked up from the Mustard Seed Warehouse in Esquimalt by staff and often a member will join. Food at the weekly market may vary based on what’s available at the Mustard Seed. Bags can be borrowed to transport the items, so come on down!
